Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Grass Fed Soaps products — every bar, balm, and bottle is made with care in small batches using clean, non-toxic ingredients.
Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve been opened or used. But if something isn’t right, please reach out so we can try to make things right for you.
SavedBy Shipping Protection
We highly recommend adding SavedBy Shipping Protection at checkout to cover your order in case it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If you opted in for protection, please follow the claim instructions included in your confirmation email — SavedBy will handle your replacement or reimbursement directly, quickly, and with minimal hassle.
If you did not purchase shipping protection and your package is lost or damaged, we’ll do our best to assist you but we can’t guarantee replacements or refunds for unprotected orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hello@grassfedsoaps.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
If you purchased SavedBy Shipping Protection, this is the perfect time to use it — SavedBy will process your replacement or refund quickly once you submit your claim.
If you didn’t select SavedBy at checkout, we’ll still do our best to help and make things right whenever possible, depending on the situation.
Subscription Orders
When you choose a subscription, your products will automatically renew and ship on the schedule you select (for example, every 4, 6, or 8 weeks). You’ll receive an email reminder before each renewal.
Editing Your Subscription
To help maintain consistent order fulfillment and inventory, subscriptions can be edited or canceled after your second order has processed (this includes your first and one renewal order).
After your second order, you’ll be able to:

Update your next delivery date

Swap products or scents

Adjust delivery frequency

Cancel anytime
Before that point, your subscription is locked in to ensure smooth processing and to honor the initial discount.
Cancellations After Renewal
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund that shipment.
Future renewals can still be adjusted or canceled anytime after your second order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of handmade skincare, all sales are final once your order has shipped.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for scent preference, texture differences, or other personal sensitivities — though we always list full ingredients on each product page so you can shop confidently.
Refund Exceptions
If an order is canceled before it ships, we can issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds cannot be issued once an order has shipped.
