Grass Fed Soaps Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with care. Every product is handcrafted and packaged by our small team, so please allow a short processing time before your order ships.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after purchase. During high-volume times (like holidays or major sales), processing may take a bit longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship anywhere in the United States using USPS.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Orders over $100 (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
We highly recommend adding SavedBy Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your order from loss, theft, or damage.
If you opted in for this coverage, please follow the claim instructions in your confirmation email.

If you did not purchase shipping protection and your order is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We’re unable to replace or refund packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. — but we’re working toward expanding in the future!
