The fragrance of the shampoo is practically non-existent, and smelled a bit meaty as I was rinsing it out. Very unpleasant. I expected the weird texture as my hair is still acclimating to the switch, but the stink is really ick. I might add a bit of my Paul Mitchell awapuhi shampoo to make it smell a bit better.
The winner is the conditioner. It’s THICK as caulk and nourishes my damaged hair really well. I really love it.
The shampoo’s stank was what was knocked the star rating down for me, but that conditioner is diamond.

Love how my scalp feels using the shampoo and conditioner. I have scalp psoriasis and have to be careful what use as most shampoos just cause more itching and flakes. This does not. Will be ordering more to ensure I don't run out.

I would say the product works very well. The only thing i feel a lil disappointed about, well two things. The bottles are very small, and the shampoo is super watery. The conditioner is thick n nice but shampoo is super watery. Oh and they are plastic bottles. Id like to at least seem them increase the size and reduce the amount of water they use. Sometimes the shampoo and conditioner are a different consistency in different orders but still washes the same and great product, the body wash bars i wish had a longer lasting smell, after a few washes the scent disappears from the bars.

At first I wasn't sure about this set of shampoo and conditioner. The first couple of times I thought it left my hair a little greasy. But I realized I had to rinse it out very thoroughly in order to achieve my desired results. My hair looks and feels amazing after using these for a month.

I am actually both shocked and impressed!! I have oily, thin, straight hair. It has no body and if I wash it everyday with commercial shampoo, it falls out. I was so skeptical that this shampoo would work for my hair.
I have SO MUCH BODY in my hair now!!! It's not oily at all like I thought this would make it. I can wash my hair every day and have very little to no shedding. My hair is SO SOFT and it finally has some shine back. You don't need a lot of the shampoo to be effective. I only condition the bottom. I honestly am blown away, truly. I've used many different kinds of name brand, expensive commercial shampoos and conditioners over the years. I'm trying to rid my self care items of all chemicals and I've been disappointed with other natural products many times over. This shampoo and conditioner performs as advertised!

I really wanted to like this product because I have a fragrance allergy and thought it would be safe for me to use since the ingredients say it contains no chemical fragrances, although it does contain essential oils. Unfortunately, after a few uses, my skin became very itchy and my sinuses became inflamed. While this may not happen to everyone, it didn't work well for me because of my fragrance sensitivity. If you have fragrance allergies or sensitivities, you may want to use caution before purchasing.

I’ve taken a couple of showers using the shampoo and conditioner, and I absolutely love them so far! They’re very nourishing for my hair, and they leave me feeling fresh and truly clean. As a bonus, they also included a free lavender tallow bar, which smells wonderful and feels amazing on my skin. I’m really impressed with all of the products and would definitely recommend them!
