I never write reviews but oh my GOD. This stuff smells so amazing and feels SO good on my skin. I’ve been using sheep tallow for the last year or two, but since getting pregnant my skin has not responded as well to it. I decided to give this a try since the lady I normally buy from is taking a break from her business anyway, and I’ve run out of the tallow balm that I normally have on hand. I hadn’t tried using beef tallow up until now, and after trying Grass Fed Soap products, I don’t think I’ll be switching back!! The dry skin that I’ve suffered throughout my pregnancy thus far is finally going away, and my face feels so much better. In my experience, the tallow products I’ve used in the past have always had a bit of a sheep-y smell to them, but Grass Fed Soap’s tallow products smell SOOO amazing. Upon opening the jar, it smelled like vanilla pound cake, and so did the Sugar Scrub! I will be buying more as soon as I run out, and I just ordered some of their lotions as well!
I love the scent. The tallow makes my skin feel soft and not greasy. It is my new favorite tallow for my body.
I just received mine a few days ago and immediately used it! I am in love! My skin feels amazing, and the feeling lasts all day!
Well, I like it but my dog LOVEs it. He will not stop licking it off of me. I checked that the oils were dog safe and put some on his dry paws and strangely he did not lick that off. Maybe he realized it was making his feet feel better. I love it on me. Makes my skin feel soft but not greasy.
Very pleased with this product. I have extremely dry skin and this works well for me.
